For associated and registered providers

A Support at Home pilot for small associated providers

You do the day-to-day admin. Your registered provider stays responsible and has to report. We’re running a small pilot to take some of that admin off you, and to design the reporting back to your registered provider with you.

  • Incidents, risks, complaints, worker checks and invoices, recorded once
  • Reporting to your registered provider, designed with both of you
  • Standard pricing, with a 30-day money-back guarantee

Ready today

Comm.care already handles your records and invoices

Record everything once, in your own account, and invoice your registered provider from the same records. Nothing to wait for.

Incidents

Record them, follow up and close them.

Risks

Keep a risk register and review it.

Complaints

Record them and track how they’re resolved.

Worker checks

Keep screening and checks in one place.

Invoices

Bill your registered provider from what you delivered.

Incidents, risks, complaints and worker checks are in the Quality Management System. Invoicing is in the Care Management System.

The goal of the pilot

Build the reporting your registered provider needs

What isn’t built yet is the report back. The pilot finds out what registered providers need to see, how often and in what form.

Then we build the reporting that best meets those needs. It could be one of these options, or a mix. Associated and registered providers help decide.

A regular report

A summary, for example each month.

Alert by exception

Only when something needs attention.

A walkthrough

Look at the records together, as in an audit.

Invited access

A reviewer the associated provider chooses to invite.

Today, each associated provider sends information to the registered provider in many different ways. With the pilot, each records once in its own account, and the report back to the registered provider is designed together: a regular report, an alert by exception, a walkthrough or invited access.

A concept for discussion, not a description of finished features. Tap to open full size.

Who takes part

It only works with both sides involved

For associated providers

Use it for real, and tell us what’s missing

  • Use Comm.care for your real day-to-day records and invoices
  • Give a little time to set up, with a few of your team
  • Tell us honestly what’s working and what isn’t

For registered providers

Tell us what you need to see

  • Point out the records and warning signs that matter most
  • Say how often, and what can’t wait
  • Try the draft reporting and help us refine it

What stays with you

You stay in control

Your account and your data

You have your own Comm.care account. Nobody gets in unless you invite them.

Your way of delivering care

You keep working the way you do. Comm.care holds the records, not the decisions.

Your relationship with the registered provider

Your arrangement stays between you. The pilot just makes it easier to show them what they need.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the pilot for?

Small Support at Home associated providers and the registered providers they work with. We’re keeping the group small, so each provider has a real say.

Do I need my registered provider on board?

Ideally, yes. The reporting only works if it meets their needs, so it helps to have them involved. If they aren’t yet, we can approach them together.

What happens after the pilot?

You keep using Comm.care on the same plan, or you stop. We plan to build what we learn into Comm.care, so you keep the benefit of what you helped design.

Does it cost extra if my registered provider’s reviewer is invited into my account?

It may. If you invite a reviewer and you’ve already used your 2 included Users, they count as an extra User at $5 a month. Reports and walkthroughs don’t need a login, so they don’t add a User.

Will this make us compliant?

No software can promise that. Compliance depends on your practice. Comm.care makes your records easier to keep and easier to share with your registered provider.
