Recently, Pnyx has been collaborating with MBA students from the Business School of the University of Technology, Sydney, and Social Traders, in order to create recommendations on how to improve the user experience of the system. Tasked with compiling a full report in 13 weeks, 3 students and their supervisor worked with two industry and Social Traders mentors, as well as our very own Juan Pereyra, and undertook competitive analysis and benchmarking, as well as conducted interviews with existing clients to understand any problems they were experiencing.
Now, the final report has been completed, and features some impressive recommendations that we are taking on board. You’ll be noticing some of these changes soon, including a much-requested Frequently Asked Questions page, and a refresh of our Help Tours in Comm.care.
